Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. 10x sugar
1 c. flour
pinch of salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Cream butter and 10x sugar.
Crumble in flour and salt. Line 8 x
8-inch
pan
and
bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Mix together
eggs,
sugar,
flour and lemon juice.
Pour over hot crust
and\tbake
20
to
25
minutes.
Cut in squares and sprinkle with 10x sugar.
