Geeso(From Native Paraguay) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs. stew meat (1/2 in. cubes)
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 small bell pepper, chopped (may use jalapeos)
    8 oz. tomato juice
    1 c. water
    salt to taste
    small beef bone for flavor (opt.)
    8 oz. thin spaghetti noodles
    6 c. hot water
Preparation
    In a pot, saut onions and peppers in vegetable oil until soft. Add stew meat, cook until brown.
    Add tomato juice, bone, salt, and 1 c. water.
    Turn to low heat and simmer 1 hour.
    Add 6 c. hot water and noodles, boil 5 - 7 min.
    For a quick meal, meat may be cooked 1 day ahead of time.
