Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. oil
    6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar, salt and about 3 cups flour.
    Beat thoroughly about 2 minutes.
    Add egg and oil. Gradually add rest of flour until correct consistency.
    Mix by hand until smooth.
    Place in greased bowl.
    Cover with damp towel or plastic wrap.
    Place in refrigerator (can be stored 3 to 5 days).
    Shape in rolls.
    Let rise until light.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes depending on size of rolls.
