Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped rhubarb
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream butter and brown sugar together.
    Beat in egg.
    Sift flour, salt and soda; add to creamed mixture alternately with the buttermilk.
    Fold in rhubarb.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon together; sprinkle over batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until browned.
