Seafood Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 flour tortillas
6 medium mushrooms, chopped
3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
3 Tbsp. margarine
18 oz. cooked seafood, cut into small pieces
9 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1/3 c. half and half
3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
2 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. chopped green onions
Preparation

Cook mushrooms and 3 tablespoons of green onion in margarine until onion is tender.
Stir in seafood, cream cheese, half and half and parsley.
Cook, stirring constantly, until cream cheese is melted.
Stir in sherry.
