Ann'S Easy Pudding And Sauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. very hot water

Preparation

Mix the first 6 ingredients and pour into 2-inch deep baking dish (9 x 9-inch).
Mix together the sugar, salt and cocoa. Sprinkle this over batter.
Pour the water over. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
