Korean-Style Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
2 green onions, chopped
1 to 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger root
1 clove garlic, minced
1 flank steak (1 1/2 lb.)
chives (for garnish, optional)
Preparation

Combine wine, soy sauce, honey, green onions, sesame oil, ginger root and garlic in a large baking dish.
Add flank steak. Marinate, covered, in refrigerator about one hour, turning at least once.
