Ham And Corn Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. smoked ham, cubed
2 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. cream-style golden bantam corn
salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten

Preparation

Brown ham in butter.
Add corn, seasonings and eggs.
Mix thoroughly.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until eggs are set.
Serves 6.
