Beef And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 medium potatoes, pared and sliced thin
    1 onion, sliced thin
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 can vegetable soup, undiluted
Preparation
    Put meat into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Layer potatoes, onions and mushrooms over meat.
    Pour soups over all.
    Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 4 to 6.
