Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts (boneless)
    4 eggs, slightly beaten with 1/2 tsp. oregano
    Wesson oil (for frying)
    shredded Mozzarella cheese
    Italian bread crumbs
    spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Dip chicken breasts in egg mixture and roll in Italian bread crumbs.
    Fry on medium-high until completely cooked and golden brown.
    Drain on a paper towel.
    Arrange chicken on a baking dish.
    Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken and top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake until sauce and cheese is bubbling. Serve with fettucini, Italian salad and garlic bread.
