Cholesterol Free Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. thinly sliced apples or 4 c. thinly sliced peaches
dash of lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
3/4 c. Sprinkle Sweet
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and, if desired, you can add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg to the apple pie. Using cholesterol free pie crust, fill with apple or peach mixture.
Dot with corn oil margarine and cover with top crust. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cut slits in top crust and set pan on pizza pan or something larger than your pie pan so it won't run over in oven.
