Egg Custard (Pie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter or oleo
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. milk
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs well; add sugar, butter, nutmeg, milk and flavoring. Pour into unbaked shell and bake for 20 minutes at 425\u00b0 and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Makes one large pie.
