Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. oil
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well with a spoon.
    Stir in blueberries.
    Pour into paper-lined muffin cups about 2/3 full. An ice cream scoop is perfect to use for muffins.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes about 1 1/2 dozen.
