Salmon Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 salmon fillets
    1/2 tsp. canola oil or olive oil
    1/2 lemon
    a few capers
Preparation
    Heat nonstick skillet with the oil.
    Put fillets in when hot. Saute 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
    In the last minute of cooking, squeeze the lemon over fillets and toss in the capers.
    Makes 2 servings.
