Sour Cream Walnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
English walnuts, shelled

Preparation

Cook sugar and sour cream to 240\u00b0 (candy thermometer) and pour over nuts which are placed on wax paper.
When mixture hardens, break up nut pieces.
A great holiday addition.
