Manhattan Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chopped or minced clams
    1 c. diced carrot
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. diced potatoes
    1/4 c. diced bell peppers
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. each: basil and thyme
    dash of pepper
    16 oz. can tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 c. parsley
Preparation
    Add all ingredients and cook until vegetables are tender.
