Texas Style Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. hot sausage
    3 medium onions, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. ground oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes (chopped)
    3 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
Preparation
    Cook beef, sausage, onion and garlic in Dutch oven; drain. Add next 6 ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour.
    Add beans and simmer 20 more minutes.
