Mexican Style Hot Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
    1 or 2 cayenne, jalapeno or chili peppers
    1 clove garlic (optional)
    1 stick margarine
    salt
    black pepper
Preparation
    Cube or slice potatoes.
    Cut onion and bell pepper into 1/2 inch strips.
    Chop hot peppers finely.
    Combine potatoes with other ingredients.
    Melt margarine; stir into mixture.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Dish is done when potatoes begin to brown throughout.
    Serves 4 to 6.
