Diet Tuna Loaf(Tastes Like Salmon Loaf) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can water packed tuna, drained
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Wasa Crisp, fiber plus, crushed
    1 onion, chopped
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Drain tuna, reserving 2 tablespoons of liquid.
    In bowl, combine with egg and Wasa.
    Let sit for 5 minutes.
    Add onion and pepper to liquid; mix.
    Flake tuna in bowl and stir.
    Spray small loaf pan with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Makes 2 servings.
