Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/8 c. hot water
    3 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/8 Tbsp. lemon rind
Preparation
    Boil sugar, cornstarch and water 1 minute, stirring while cooking.
    Add the egg yolks; boil and stir 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and add butter, lemon juice and lemon rind.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Top with desired topping.
