Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (sweet), drained
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. chopped red pepper
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients and 3/4 cup pecans.
Make 1 or 2 balls.
Roll balls in remaining chopped pecans.
Wrap in wax paper; refrigerate overnight.
