Hot Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped red pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 lb. Velveeta process cheese spread, cubed
1 pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
few drops hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Cook and stir celery, red pepper and onion in margarine in skillet over medium-high heat until tender.
Reduce heat to low. Add Velveeta process cheese spread.
Stir until melted.
Stir in broccoli and hot sauce; heat thoroughly, stirring constantly. Serve hot with vegetable dippers and crackers.
Makes 4 cups.
