Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 sweet potatoes
    1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Select sweet potatoes of approximately the same size for uniform cooking.
    Scrub potatoes and remove any spots with a sharp knife.
    Prick surface with a fork.
    Place 1-inch apart on paper plate in microwave oven.
    Cook about 12 minutes on High power or until tender.
    Peel and slice when cool enough to handle.
    Arrange in a 2-quart casserole dish.
