Eva'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lb. mixed ground beef (pork and veal)
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    4 slices bread, finely crumbled
    3 eggs
    8 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 (17 1/4 oz.) pkg. frozen puff pastry sheets
Preparation
    In a bowl, blend well the ground meat mixture, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, bread and 2 of the eggs.
    Pat onto sheet, 8 x 14 inches, on a piece of foil.
    Combine Feta and spinach; spread evenly over meat mixture.
    Roll up, starting at 8-inch side, using foil to help the process.
    Place, seam side down, on greased pan. Bake in preheated moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool to room temperature.
