Savory Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. onion, minced
    1 slice bread (crumbs)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, onion, bread crumbs and salt.
    Shape into about 20 small meatballs.
    Brown meatballs in cooking oil in skillet.
    Add soup, water, peas and 1/2 teaspoon
    salt.
    Bring to boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed.
    Makes 5 to 6 servings.
