Autumn Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 c. water
    1 c. carrots
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. cubed potatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. bouquet sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 bay leaf
    1/8 tsp. basil
    28 oz. canned tomatoes, crushed
Preparation
    Cook and stir meat until brown.
    Drain.
    Add onion and cook until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Heat to boiling; reduce to simmer and simmer 30 minutes.
