Veggie Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Crescent rolls
1 c. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
4 Tbsp. sour cream
1 envelope ranch dressing
broccoli, finely chopped
cauliflower, finely chopped
carrots, finely chopped
cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Separate rolls into 8 sections and spread on a cookie sheet pinching seams together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.\tCool completely.
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and envelope of ranch dressing together.
Spread mixture over crust.
Sprinkle chopped vegetables over mixture.
Cover with grated cheddar cheese.
Slice and serve.
Makes 15 - 20 servings.
