Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. cold unsalted margarine
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/4 c. heavy cream (additional)
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt. Cut in
    margarine with knives until crumbly. Add heavy cream slowly until all is mixed well and you can form 2 balls of dough.
    Flatten each ball of dough and store in a plastic food storage bag or Saran Wrap.
    Place in refrigerator for at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
