Fruit Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers
1 (6 oz.) frozen lemonade, orange juice or limeade concentrate (do not add water)
1 stick margarine, softened at room temperature
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. grated coconut
Preparation

Crush vanilla wafers with rolling pin. Mix with rest of ingredients. Roll out in small balls, then roll ball in confectioners (4x or 10x) sugar. Refrigerate overnight. Take out. Reroll in sugar and serve. Can be frozen. Let thaw, then reroll in sugar.
