Grandmom'S Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms; remove stems, leaving caps whole.
    Slice stems.
    Combine mushrooms and flour in a plastic bag; shake to coat.
    Saute mushrooms in butter about 10 minutes.
    Add cheese and sour cream, stirring until cheese melts and mixture is blended. Do not boil.
