Barbecue Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1 egg
    1 1/2 lb. beef
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce (divided)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Peel and chop onion.
    Beat the egg.
    In a large bowl, combine onion, egg, beef, crumbs, 1 1/2 cans tomato sauce, water, mustard, brown sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour on enough sauce to cover the loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally with remaining sauce.
    Serves 6.
