Beef Stroganoff(Makes 4 To 6 Servings.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. egg noodles, cooked as pkg. directs
    1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
    2 c. (8 oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. water
    3 beef-flavored bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
Preparation
    In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and stir steak, mushrooms and onion in margarine until steak is browned and vegetables are tender. Reduce heat to medium. Add flour; cook and stir 1 minute. Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1 cup water. Add to mixture. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in sour cream; heat through (do not boil). Serve with hot noodles.
