Strawberry-Lime Crepes - cooking recipe

1 qt. strawberries, hulled and halved
12 crepes
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. lime juice
1/2 c. orange liqueur
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 tsp. grated lime rind
Preparation

Place about 6 strawberry halves in a row in the center of each crepe and roll crepes; set aside.
Heat the butter in chafing dish over canned heat flame and stir in the sugar.
Add the lime juice, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 2 minutes. Add the crepes and heat through, basting with sauce frequently. Sprinkle crepes with liqueur and ignite.
Shake pan until flames burn out.
Serve crepes with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated rind.
