Mushroom Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Mix cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 cup water.
    Combine 1/4 cup of soup mixture, ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, parsley and egg.
    Shape into meatballs (1 1/2-inch).
    Brown in shortening in skillet.
    Pour off drippings.
    Add remaining soup mixture.
    Cover. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes; stir occasionally.
    Serves 4.
