Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. cooking oats
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil or margarine
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Pour boiling water over oats and let cool.
Mix together sugars, oil and eggs.
Sift together flour, cinnamon, salt and soda.
Add to sugar, oil and egg mixture.
Add oats.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0
oven for 30 minutes.
