Citrus Marinated Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. lime juice
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 pork chops (1-inch thick)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except pork chops, and mix well.
    Add pork chops.
    Marinate for at least 30 minutes. Barbecue, fry or bake pork chops as usual.
    While chops are cooking, put marinade in a saucepan.
    Heat at medium-high, reducing liquid, until thick.
    Remove from heat and pour sauce over chops.
