1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
3 Heath bars
Preparation

Prepare cake using directions on box.
Cool.
Poke small holes in cake with spoon.
Pour Eagle Brand milk over cake, then caramel topping.
Top with Cool Whip.
Crush Heath bars and sprinkle on top.
