Microwave Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium Idaho potatoes
    1/4 stick margarine
    1 small onion
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Wash potatoes thoroughly. Leave skin on. Cut up potatoes either across, lengthwise or in chunks. Place in large bowl. Salt and pepper sparingly. Cut up onion and margarine over potatoes. Cover and cook in microwave for 3 minutes. Take out. Toss around in margarine. Return to microwave for another 3 minutes. Repeat until desired tenderness.
