Leftovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/4 c. milk
    3 c. chopped cooked potatoes
    3/4 c. chopped ham
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saut green pepper and onion in margarine.
    Add cheese and milk; stir until melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Heat, stirring occasionally.
    Serves 6.
