Garlic Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick grits
    4 c. water
    1 tube garlic cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    pinch of salt
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook grits in water until done.
    Remove from heat; add cheese, butter and salt.
    Beat egg into milk; add to grits mixture when cooled enough not to cook egg.
    Stir well.
    Pour into a baking dish and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Serve hot.
    Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
