Angel Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. soda
2 beaten eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Combine eggs, milk and oil.
Mix with dry ingredients.
Bake in greased corn stick pans at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen corn sticks.
(Muffins or corn bread wedges will need to bake a little longer.)
