Swiss Steak Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 medium onion, sliced
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. red wine
Preparation

Combine the Parmesan cheese with the next 6 ingredients. Pound as much of the mixture as possible into both sides of the meat.
Cut the steak into serving portions and brown in 1/4 cup oil in Dutch oven. Keep meat warm while preparing the sauce. Saute the onion and mushrooms.
Add remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes. Return meat to Dutch oven.
Cover tightly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Serves 4 to 6.
