Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Boston butt
    2 bunches onions, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    6 medium firm tomatoes, cut in eighths
    1 c. rice, cooked dry 15 to 20 minutes
    2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
Preparation
    Slice and cut the pork into small pieces (1/4-inch pieces). Put in skillet with 1 teaspoon oil.
    Brown and add garlic (powder will do). Saute in soy sauce for 30 minutes (on low heat).
