Italiano Rotini Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 pkg. rotini pasta
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c. thinly sliced pepperoni
1/2 c. julienne Cheddar cheese strips
1/2 c. sliced pitted olives
3 large green onions, sliced
1/2 c. olive oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Prepare rotini according to package.
Drain.
Combine rotini and next 5 ingredients.
Blend olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Toss dressing with salad mixture.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
