Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
potatoes (approximately 2 lb.)
1/3 c. oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Cut potatoes in large chunks.
Add oil and mix potatoes in large bag.
Shake well.
Potatoes should be evenly coated.
Put in shallow baking dish. Bake 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
