Marinated Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    6 pimento olives, sliced
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients well and set aside.
    Boil remaining ingredients for 3 minutes, pour over cabbage mixture, mix well. Store in refrigerator overnight.
    Can be frozen or will last 2 weeks.
