Cherry Eclair Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 1/2 oz.) boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 1/4 c. milk
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 large box graham crackers
2 cans cherry pie filling
Preparation

Mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip with mixer until thick. Layer a 13 x 9-inch cake pan with a layer of graham crackers, a layer of pudding and a layer of cherry pie filling; repeat until all of the pudding and pie filling are used. Refrigerate overnight.
