Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
pastry for double crust
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and jello in powdered form.
Add chopped rhubarb.
Put mixture in lined pie pan.
Top with crust.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until crust browns, then 350\u00b0 for about 60 minutes or until the rhubarb is tender.
