St. Patrick'S Day Cupcakes - cooking recipe

1 3/4 c. flour
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding
3/4 c. chocolate chips
2/3 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
cream cheese frosting
Preparation

Line muffin tin with paper baking cups.
In a large bowl, stir together flour, pudding mix, chocolate chips, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In a small bowl, combine eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Stir both together.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
