Teriyaki Chicken And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium Yukon Gold or Red Potatoes
    1 lb. boneless/skinless Chicken Breast cut into 1/2 inch slices
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
    1/2 cup sliced green onions
    1/4 cup prepared Teriyaki Sauce
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into thin wedges.
    Microwave 10-12 minutes or until tender.
    While potatoes cook, in a large skillet or wok toss and brown chicken in oil and Mrs. Dash over high heat for 5 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
    Add potatoes; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Add onions and teriyaki sauce; toss until heated through. Yields 4 servings.
